The Invisible Man was the alias of Graham Mew, a producer whose work became associated with the detailed, atmospheric side of early UK jungle and drum & bass.

This release sits right in the formative period of 1990s UK jungle, when producers were pushing breakbeats, bass and atmospheric production in new directions. “The Bell Tune” is particularly notable for its combination of intricate breakbeat programming, deep bass and atmospheric musical elements, while “The Tone Tune” takes a darker, more stripped back approach.
