Spacek - Curvatia

Vinyl - VG+

Sleeve - G+

A seriously beautiful piece of early 2000s underground British music.

Released in 2001 on Island Records, Curvatia is the debut album from London based trio Spacek, blending futuristic soul, broken beat, electronic music, trip-hop, jazz and alternative R&B into something that still sounds ahead of its time.

Led by the unmistakable vocals of Steve Spacek, the album takes you on a journey through deep basslines, hypnotic rhythms, atmospheric electronics and beautifully soulful melodies.

Featuring standout tracks including Inside, Eve, Getaway, Sexy Curvatia, How Do I Move and Smiles And Roses, this is an album that deserves far more recognition.
